Returns & Refunds

Every 2 Way Wallpaper mural is printed to order, to the exact size and material you choose. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect measurement supplied by the customer, or a different choice of design or material.

Under UK and EU consumer law, goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders – free reprint or refund

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will reprint it free of charge or give you a full refund – your choice.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at 2waytradingltd@gmail.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the problem (and of the box if it was damaged in transit).
Please do not install a panel you believe is faulty – installed wallpaper cannot be assessed or replaced.
You do not need to send the product back unless we ask you to. If we do, we will cover the return cost.

Samples

Samples are not made to measure, so you can cancel a sample order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Email us and we will refund the sample price once the sample is returned unused.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel a made-to-measure order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, before production starts. After that, the order is already being printed and cannot be cancelled.
