How do I measure my wall?
Measure the full width and height of the wall in a few places and use the largest numbers. We recommend adding about 5 cm (2") to each side so there is a little extra to trim. Not sure? Email us your measurements before you order and we will check them with you.
My wall size isn't listed. Can you make a custom size?
Yes. Every mural is printed to order, so we can make it to your exact dimensions. Contact us with your wall size and the design you like.
Can I turn my own photo into a wallpaper?
Yes. Send us your image and your wall size and we will prepare it as a made-to-measure mural on the material of your choice.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Choose "Sample" in the size options on any product page to check the material, colour and texture at home before ordering a full wall.
Materials & installation
Which material should I choose?
Peel & stick and peel & stick canvas are self-adhesive and removable – ideal for renters and smooth walls. Nonwoven (smooth 180 g/m² or textured 240 g/m²) and deluxe textured (440 g/m²) are applied with paste for a durable, premium finish.
How is the wallpaper delivered?
Your mural is delivered in panels about 40" (100 cm) wide.
What does my wall need before I apply it?
The wall should be dry, smooth, clean and free of dust. Peel & stick materials are not suitable for rough, uneven or textured walls.
Is it safe for a child's room?
Yes. Our materials are ECOLOGO® certified and printed with HP Latex inks.
Shipping & returns
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days, including printing. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping policy
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the UK, Europe, USA & Canada. Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and the UAE have a US$19 flat rate. For all other countries the cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. All duties and taxes are included in our prices.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Take photos and email us within 14 days of delivery – we will reprint it free of charge or refund you. Returns & refunds
Can I return a made-to-measure mural?
Because each mural is printed to your size, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Samples can be returned within 14 days.
