Where is my order?
Every mural is printed to order and delivered in 5–7 business days, including printing. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.
Track your order
- From your email: open the shipping confirmation we sent you and click Track your order.
- From your account: sign in with the email you used at checkout to see the status of every order.
What happens after you order
- Order confirmed – you receive an order confirmation by email.
- Printing – your mural is printed to your exact size on the finish you chose.
- Shipped – you receive your tracking number by email.
- Delivered – duties and taxes are included, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
